Every year during the fall season, hundreds of Olive harvesters gather and pick their Olives. They then crush them into Olive Oil.
We took a trip to one of the harvesters and experienced their jobs firsthand. Then, we did a little work ourselves. This video gives a brief idea on a few techniques we use.
