In this video I show you how to make a simple and delicious homemade broth using kitchen scraps. You don’t have to add meat bones as this could be 100% vegetarian. Freeze leftover broth and thaw whenever your menu calls for it.
Besides soup, I use this broth for making rice, sauteing veggies or meat, adding flavor to a sauce or just having a hot cuppa any time of day for a quick and healthy pick-me-up.
