Hello guys,
that’s a simple tutorial on how to make a fresh Focaccia bread at home.
This bread, typically from north Italy, works really well for the classic Italian sandwich called “panini’ (my favourite is with fresh Burrata Cheese, thinly sliced Mortadella and crushed pistacchios). Also great for a late brunch, by itself with a mix of Salumi along with a glass of Italian red wine.
