Meatballs in Tomato Sauce Recipe / طريقة عمل كرات الكفتة المحمرة مع صلصة الطماطم

Ingredients:
500 gram meat
1/2 cup of onion diced
1/2 cup of parsley chopped
1/2 cup of bread crumbs
1/2 tsp of garlic powder
1/2 tsp of five spice powder
1/2 tsp of black pepper
1/2 tsp of paprika
1/2 tsp of salt
1 tsp garlic chopped
1 large egg

Sauce
1 cup of onion chopped
1/4 cup of oil
2 cups of tomato sauce
1 cup of assorted peppers chopped
1 tsp of garlic chopped
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of black pepper
1 tsp of five spice powder
4 bey leaves
1/3 cup of green onion chopped

To fry the meat balls
1/2 cup of oil

Tipp: you can also freeze the meatballs in the sauce after you cook it, it stays up to three months and tastes really delicious! When you want to use it, either defrost it in the fridge overnight or just put it directly in a pan and add some water, keep moving and flipping it till it is completely defrosted.
