Today I am here sharing the recipe of my favourite Italian dish : LASAGNE! (yes, we call it LASAGNE in italy lol n to LASAGNA)
Besciamella ingredients:
1-1/2 oz. (3 Tbs.) unsalted butter
3 Tbs. unbleached all-purpose flour
1-3/4 cups whole milk, heated
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
Small pinch freshly grated nutmeg
Ragù ingredients:
4 tbsp olive oil
1kg/2lb 4oz minced beef
1 brown onion, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, crushed
4 sticks celery, finely chopped
1 tbsp finely chopped fresh rosemary
350ml/12fl oz red wine
600g/1lb 5oz tomato passata
