How to make Apple Risotto
We’re big fans of Shokugeki no Souma / Food Wars! and in this video we attempted to make a rare type of risotto dish, Apple Risotto!
Ingredients:
3 bacon strips
1 onion
1 apple
½ cup arborio rice
2 cups apple juice (natural is always the best choice)
1 tblsp butter
¼ cup white wine
1 tsp lemon juice
salt, black pepper, parmesan cheese, parsley
