Homemade Chicken Alfredo with Roasted Asparagus
Sauce recipe:
1 stick butter
1/4 stick cream cheese
8 oz heavy Whipping cream
Approx. 6oz Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp Garlic
Dash salt and pepper
Melt butter and cream cheese with garlic and dash salt and pepper. Whisk in Heavy Whipping Cream approx 10 minutes until a thin, light foam floats on top. Slowly melt in parmesan cheese. To add a blended flavor, add some Italian blend of cheese. Whisk slowly all together to desired thickness. See video for more details.
