DESCRIPTION: This estate grown, beautifully balanced Pinot Grigio was kept on its skins for 20 hours after harvest to develop the ramato colour – Italian for copper. It presents notes of fresh lime, peach and white nectarine. The palate has a refreshing minerality and bright acidity followed by a lasting honeydew melon finish.
FLAVOUR PROFILE: Candied lime, fuzzy peach and white nectarine. Refreshing lemon lime notes. Similar to North Eastern Italian white wine.
