Egg Salad:
8 hard boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
4 Tablespoons mayo
2 teaspoons mustard
salt and pepper to taste
onion and celery chopped (optional)

Mix all ingredients together and store in refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Pepperoni Pizza Casserole:

Recipe:
2 cups egg noodles- cooked according to package directions
1/2 pound ground beef (I used 1 pound)
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 cup pepperoni
16 oz pizza sauce
4 Tablespoons milk
1 cup shredded mozzarella

Cook ground beef, onion, pepper, and garlic until meat is done. Drain. Stir in all other ingredients except the cheese. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Add cheese on top and bake 5-10 more minutes, until cheese is melted.
