My uncle, her husband is a top Chef from Italy owning amazing restaurants in California and working as a top chef in Vegas and guess who’s in charge of the cooking at home. She is. So this basically it. You can put the sauce in the blender if you want a smoother sauce too or even add shellfish, whateva!
