Couldn’t help but document my birth into the culinary world a few weeks ago! All thanks to Sofitel Manila for the gracious invitation to learn under the wing of Italian Chef, Toni Rossetti who came all the way from Singapore. Had such a splendid time and might actually consider cooking more than eating.
