In episode 3 of the Italian Sunday dinner series, I teach you how to make beef braciole. This is a Sicilian style braciole recipe with raisins, pine nuts and a few other great ingredients. If you don’t like raisins, omit them. But, I really encourage you to try them, as they go so well in this delicious Italian braised beef dish.

Ingredients:
-1.25-1.5 pound top round *thin-sliced*
-3 Tbsp pine nuts
-1/2 cup chopped parsley
-1/2 tsp pepper
-1 tsp kosher salt
-1/2-1 cup breadcrumbs
-1 tsp garlic paste
-3 Tbsp raisins
-3 Tbsp olive oil
-1/2 cup grated Parmigiano Reggiano
-1 roll kitchen twine
