Hi friends
I’m April I grew up with my grandmother who owns a catering service for over 80 years, and she was featured on food magazine Asia.
She’s known for her delicious food and her mother was the 1st Lechon establishment in our home town.
So growing up with her I learned many Family recipes.
I also opened a restaurant back in 2014 and an all-you-can-eat buffet restaurant in 2016 with Italian and international theme nights.

this recipe is my version of Steak au poivre or Pepper Steak with white wine sauceand
Steakhouse style baked potato.

For the steakhouse style baked potato

potatoes preferable large ones
salt
olive oil
sour cream
dill(dried or fresh will do)

for the steak

370g rib eye or tenderloin steak
crushes peppercorns 1/2tbsp
2 cloves garlic
1tbsp unsalted butter
1tspn olive oil

for the sauce

1tbsp unsalted butter
1tspn dried thyme
1/3cup white wine
200ml heavy cream
1/2tspn salt
1tspn sugar
1/2tspn black pepper powder
beef bouillon half
