Easy recipe to make Spicy Spaghetti Bolognese!

INGREDIENTS
Spaghetti – 300 Grams
Salt – 1 Tsp
Onion – 1 Chopped
Minced Beef (Keema) – 500 grams
Ginger Garlic Paste (Adrak Lehsan) – 1 Tbs
Tomato Puree (Peesay Tamatar) – 2 medium
Tomato Ketchup – ½ cup
Crushed red chili (Kuti Laal Mirch) – 1 Tsp
Black Pepper Powder (Kali Mirch) – 1 Tsp
Carrots – 2 Sliced
Green Bell Pepper (Hari Shimla Mirch) – 1 (Cut in Square)
Soy Sauce – 1 Tbs
Chili Sauce – 1 Tbp
Vinegar – 1 Tbs
Oil – 4 Tbs
Coriander leaves – ½ bunch
PREPARATION
– In a pot, boil water and add salt. Add spaghetti. Cook for 8-10 minutes. Drain and run cold water for a minute. Set aside
– In a separate pan. Boil the carrots for 5-8 minutes or till carrots are half cooked.
– In a separate pot, add oil and fry onion on high medium flame till light golden.
– Add minced beef and mix for two minutes.
– Add ginger garlic paste, crushed red chili and black pepper powder. Mix well for 3-5 minutes.
– Add tomato puree and tomato ketchup. Add green bell pepper and carrots. Mix everything well. Cover and cook on low medium flame for 25 minutes.
– Add soy sauce, chili sauce and vinegar. Mix well.
– Add cooked spaghetti in Bolognese sauce and mix well.
– Garnish with coriander leaves.
