Ingredients:
1lb sweet Italian sausage
1 medium size white onion
4 cloves of garlic (minced)
1 can of 29 oz tomato puree
1 cup of heavy whipping cream
1 bag of Mozzarella cheese
1 pound bag of rigatoni noodles
Salt/Pepper/Oregano (to taste)
Olive oil
Directions:
Chop onions and mince garlic
In a large pan (lightly coated with olive oil) add onions and garlic.
Cook until they start to get a little transparent
Add pieces of the Italian sausage
Cook all together until the sausage is cooked all the way through
Add tomato puree, whipping cream, and oregano with the other ingredients in the pan
Add salt, pepper and oregano to taste.
While the sauce is cooking boil the rigatoni noodles until they are al dente. Drain the noodles then add them into the sauce.
Add the cheese. Mix all together and enjoy!!
