Classic Italian Meatball Recipe
1 lb extra lean ground beef
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
Directions: Mix the ingredients together and form into small ball shapes. Boil the meatballs for 10 minutes in a pot of salted water, then transfer directly to your favorite tomato sauce. Serve with pasta and top with Parmesan cheese.
