Here is Italian Dressing how to fresh make in Tibetan Language.

Here is my Recipe ::

0,5 liters
Salads Salad Sauces
Season: All year round

Ingredients

40 g onions, peeled
2.5 g of garlic, peeled
2.5 g basil, fresh
2.5 g salt
Pepper, black, from the mill
5 g of spice
90 g red wine vinegar
75 g balsamic vinegar of Modena
( balsamic vinegar)
60 g water
225 g olive oil, cold pressed

Preparation

Roughly chop onions and garlic.
Wash and pluck basil.

Preparation
Mix the onions, garlic, basil, salt, pepper, seasoning, red wine vinegar, balsamic vinegar and water in a blender or cutter.
Gradually add the oil at high revs and season to taste.
Stir well before each use.
