Frittata is an egg-based Italian crustless quiche! The Italian word frittata roughly translates to fried, which is PERFECT because we made this in the Deluxe Air Fryer (new from Pampered Chef). Or really any air fryer you may own! Easy to make and even easier to LOVE!
