Oklahoman here-I like to smoke wild bore loin with a side of new potatoes with green beans, fresh sliced tomatoes and homemade vanilla bean ice cream. In a White Mountain freezer of course . Great channel ❤

Hey Zim your bag for marinade is great, try if there's water anywhere putting the bag into the water it expelled all the air, of course you don't go past the top of the bag, but once you seal the ziplock part just dry the bag and Robert's your mother's brother
