I know it’s made from scratch because I’m a cooking instuctor at 2 community colleges in md. the dead giveaway was the fried calamari. everything about it was made from scratch and fresh, not frozen.
clams casino was fine right, juicy and not dry. their style is chopping up clams, usually it’s the whole clam, the pizza was made fresh, whether it was a brick oven, the crust was crunchy and chewy..
