A real simple dish, not that hard to make but it takes time to develop that real flavour kind of dish.

Ingredients
. 8 Shallots
. 20g garlic
. extra virgin olive oil
. parsley
. Butter
. Anchovy
. black pepper
. white wine
. parmesan cheese
. tomato paste
. sun dried tomatoes
. red chilli flakes
Method
. Caramelise shallots with extra virgin olive oil and butter
. Add garlic and sauté
. Add in the anchovy’s, sun dried tomato and red chilli flakes
. Now add black pepper and deglaze the pan with some white wine
. Add tomato paste and mix well
. Add in some pasta water and add the spaghetti
. Finely chop some parsley and sprinkle on top
. Finish the dish with some grated Parmesan
