San Sabino is a seafood-focused Italian restaurant created by chefs Angie Rito and Scott Tacinelli in partnership with Quality Branded. After building a strong reputation at top NYC Italian spots, the duo opened Don Angie in 2018, earning major acclaim for their creative take on Italian-American cuisine. Six years later, they expanded with San Sabino, located just a few doors down. The restaurant is named after Scottโ€™s grandfather from Sanza, Italy, reflecting deep cultural roots. San Sabino offers playful, seafood-driven Italian dishes with bold twists inspired by coastal American cities like New Orleans and the Jersey Shore.
