You gonna need
• 2 medium chicken breast or 1 pound @$3.00
• 1 teaspoon EACH salt garlic powder, or oregano to taste
• 1 /2 teaspoon EACH black pepper chili powder to taste
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1/4 cup butter @.10
• 3-4 cloves garlic @.30
• 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
• ½ teaspoon crushed pepper
• 3-4 cups broccoli florets or broccolini @$1.50
• ¼ cup water
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice or juice of ½ lemon @. 40
• Total @$5.00
• Feeds 3-4 or more if you aint fat

Instructions
1. Cut chicken breasts in half horizontally (to make 4 pieces total). Season both sides of chicken breasts with salt, garlic powder, black pepper, and chili powder.
2. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet or cast iron pan over medium-high heat. Add 2 tablespoons butter along with the chicken breasts. Cook chicken breasts 4-5 minutes per side or until browned and cooked through.
