  1. I could watch this guy cook anything and be stoked. I'm a fan. He also seems like he'd be genuinely fun to work with in the kitchen. I bet he's got some good stories.

  2. So it’s not 30 minutes if it had to rise an hour. It’s 1.5 hours to make it. I’ll never understand these videos that are just factually incorrect.

  3. Where is the bread in 30 minutes? He said it had to rise for an hour. I hate looking at things that misrepresent!

  4. Very nice video. I also make homemade bread but I let my dough rest in the fridge. It really helps it rise that way 😊

  5. I love the way you talk?
    Your accent is beautiful,
What part of Italy are you form?
Your bread is amazing you make me hungry.
    Salute from Texas USA ❤

  6. 😅 4:00 I Told My New Chica the Same Thing.. She Lost Her Patience.. And Her Girlfriend Told Her.. It Was True 35 Minutes After. 😂

  7. I bet this nice old man could crush my skull with his bare hands if I got too mouthy. I’m sorry, that was an insane thing for me to say.

    But I bet I’m right.

  8. That bread looks and sounds amazing. My Prussian Mother was an expert at baking with yeast 😊 I am still working on it. Thank you for the recipe ❤

  9. Normally you'd knead the dough for 8-10 minutes to stretch out the gluten in the flour nicely and also stop the bread being stodgy – how long do you knead your dough for?

  10. I have been looking for a recipe for this bread! Thank you new sub here. I spent 2 months in Italy in 1972, the food was awesome. 😊

  11. I tried this recipe twice and here's my experience :Timing is absolutely off for this recipe. First of all it takes more than 2 hours to make. Second, bread doesn't rise in an hour or further, half hour like in the video.
