Off the beaten track, Soumah is the kind of place you feel like you’ve discovered yourself. Tucked into the Yarra Valley, they do the regional classics — but it’s the Italian grapes, clay eggs and solera systems that really set them apart. Not your average Yarra Valley cellar door. We were pretty smitten with the mosaic-tiled pizza oven too — Moreton Bay Bug pizza, anyone? 🍕
