Today we’re taking a quick break from Social Studies to get back to Science with Science Bob and my friends over at CrunchLabs, who drove me down to Vandenberg, California to complete one of my bucket list items: seeing a rocket launch into space (and making them a BTS video about it.) If you’re a fan of CrunchLabs and Mark Rober, then this is the video you’ve been dreaming about: interviews with employees, Mark, Science Bob, and a whole lot more – and I might even make you cry, who knows!
This is somehow both a spiritual successor to my Maker Faire video and my Flat Earth series – we’re finally going to prove that the earth is a sphere with the help of Mark’s engineering marvel, SatGus, a selfie-taking satellite which he launched into orbit to send anyone in the world a picture of a picture of themselves from space!
