We had a week-long vacation to Roma & Firenze ITALY – pretty much half the time was Eating (other 1/2 was sightseeing)! Lots of great dishes to try…yes, lots of pizza & pasta, but so much more to Italian Food.

9:55 FLORENCE: Eataly, Le Antiche Carrozze Trattoria, Nella Trattoria, Mercato Centrale, Venchi Gelato
Wish we had more time to visit outside the main areas, but that is what the next trip is for!!!
