how to make
1. In a pan over medium low heat, add butter and olive oil. Add sliced onions.
2. Season with salt, pepper, sugar, garlic powder, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
3. Cook low and slow, stirring occasionally, until onions are deeply caramelized and soft.
4. Add a splash of balsamic vinegar and let it cook into the onions until glossy.
5. Stir in chopped garlic and cook just until fragrant.
6. Add Thai chili crunch oil and mix into the onions.
7. Pour in heavy cream and stir until it becomes a creamy sauce.
8. Add parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes, stir until smooth and combined.
9. Toss in cooked spaghetti and coat fully in the sauce.
10. Finish with fresh parsley, extra chili crunch oil, and more parmesan on top.
