📝 Ingredients:
• 500 g strong flour
• 300 ml water
• 2 tsp dry yeast (or 15 g fresh yeast)
• 12 g salt
• 10 ml olive oil

🧡 Toppings:
• tomato sauce
• mozzarella (pizza cheese)
• sausages / mini hot dogs

👩‍🍳 Method:
Mix everything by hand or with a mixer until you get a smooth dough.
Do a couple of folds and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Divide into 6 dough balls and place them spaced out on a baking tray.
Cover and let rise at room temperature for about 2 hours (or until doubled).

Brush with oil, press dimples with your fingers, then top with tomato sauce, mozzarella, and sausages.

Bake at 250°C (480°F) for 12–17 minutes on the lower rack 🔥

✨ Tip:
Top them however you like or leave them plain → they turn into AMAZING fluffy focaccia 🤤
