  1. That filling is almost the same filling that goes in a german pasta dish called Maultaschen…which could be transiated as mouthpockets…they are basically oversized Ravioli served in a hearty broth. Thanks for showing us . ❤😊

  2. Toscan cucina povera is amazing. We were once in Florence for a conference and had a formal dinner together, and we had LOCAL and SEASONAL food (it was November).

    We had 7 course meal, for example ribollita, which is absolutely cucina povera. And it was probably the best dinner in my life.
