A most amazing Vegan Italian Sausage Patty. It is so delicious, and healthy! Give it a try, and you will be amazed.

MILLET ITALIAN SAUSAGE PATTIES

1 ½ c cooked millet
¼ c pecan meals
¼ c oat flour
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp turbinado sugar
1 T nutritional yeast flakes
4 tsp soy sauce, unfermented

Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Make small sausage patties (7-8). Heat frying pan on medium high. When pan it hot, put 1 tablespoon of cooking oil. Cook sausages until nicely brown on both sides. Very delicious!

MILLET COOKING INSTRUCTION: Wash 1 cup millet and drain completely. Transfer 1 cup millet in a medium saucepan and add 3 cups water. Bring to a full boil. Reduce heat to low cook for 20 minutes.
