I used the King Arthur box garlic bread mix and a bit of pecorino romano on top.
For the rest of the meal:
1 lb ground beef
1 lb ground pork or pork based sausage
handful of bella mushrooms
Panko or breadcrumbs
2 Eggs
Half a white or yellow onion
5 Garlic cloves, finely minced or crushed
Parsley
Basil
Spaghetti
1 Can of Cento crushed tomatoes or similar
Parmesan cheese
Olive Oil
!!! Add a roasted veggie you need to eat veggies

1. Combine half of your half chopped onion, chopped mushrooms, beef, pork, breadcrumbs, 2 garlic cloves, eggs, a little bit of the parsley, and a little grated parmesan cheese in a bowl. Mix well.
2. In a wide and deep pan, add 3 tablespoons of olive oil, sear off meatballs until all sides are crispy and brown, medium heat, roughly 5 minutes all around. Remove from pan.
2.5. Pasta should be cooking on the side now, however long until fully cooked. Your veg of choice should be roasting for about 15 minutes at 375.
3. In the meatball drippings and oil, add remaining garlic cloves, rest of the onion and cook until fragrant. Then add in your tomato can, swirl some water in the can to get it all, then salt and cover for about 10 minutes.
4. When you come back the sauce should be looking glossy, finish salting to taste, mixed in your herbs, and tuck all the meatballs back in. They’ll finish cooking and the sauce will come together, maybe a few tablespoons of pasta water to thicken. Leave to simmer, about 10 to 15 minutes and it should be done.
