Дякую вам, пана Люба! I never used béchamel (sauce made from butter, floor and milk) in my lasagna. I will try it for sur! In my mother's recipe, we use sliced salami in the middle. You see, tomato sauce, pasta, tomato and meet sauce, pasta, ricotta cheese and spinach, pasta, salami and tomato sauce, pasta, tomato and meet sauce, pasta, mozzarella cheese. Each family is own recipe i think! See you next time!
