  1. no u first coat it in egg then flour then coat it in egg again then in the bread crumbs this will method he did made it that chewy texture not cheesy and smooth like original

  2. Also consider doing a double dunk in the flour and egg. Go back and forth twice. Maybe even a third time. It will allow more flour to stick and give you a much thicker crunch

  3. Will you do high calories meals to gain weight ? I want to start the gym and bulk and you’re my favorite cook on YouTube but I haven’t seen any high calories food yet 😭🙏
