I feel like if the change comes from country of origin then it's revolutionary. If the change comes from another country, it's heresy.
But its understandable since there are people without historical culinary knowledge who are just putting a incorrect label and making abomination just to jump on a bandwagon of something that is really popping at the moment.
Should just rename it or say inspired by.
