Maybe late but suspect you’ll end up there at some point: just bite the bullet and get Starlink. Yes, the initial kit is a chunk of money and subscription is more, but it is the only consistent and fast delivery. You can customize it on the app to basically turn off/on when you want it and can put it on a sleep mode when you are not there cutting on most of the cost. I had the WindTree solution you have. Drove me nuts turning off almost completely nightly from midnight to 7am, unreliable, very slow, etc! Just a suggestion. Best ofluck

For Wi-Fi u have 2 options. 1 ) u can buy an Esim card online you choose the period and the cost, you do not physically get a card but you just need to punch a few codes in your phone, if it runs out you can recharge it. 2) before buying a local SIM card to put in your phone, ask your neibourughs which provider has the best signal in your village, some work better tnan others, then get a cheap card let’s say from a Tim shop but for this you need the codice fiscale and a valid document. In my opinion the Esim is your best choice, Maya’s one of them.
There is another option I forgot about, the provider is called Linkem, u buy a plan from them that u can use only when needed, 1 month or more depending how long you need it for, I think the base plan is 20/25 per month. They have to install an antenna on your roof though that’s all, usually this solution is used by people who rent their houses to tourist, and do not want to pay the subscription on a yearly basis, ciao
