Join YachtBuyer for a detailed yacht tour of the Pershing 8X. This 25.55m (83ft) sportsbridge yacht delivers thrilling surface-drive performance with a near 50-knot top speed.
If you’d like to look around freely as the tour unfolds, the full 360° interactive version is available here: https://youtu.be/X-54ylYNIR8
Positioned near the top of Pershing’s X Generation range, the 8X sits between the compact 7X and the flagship 9X, offering the perfect balance of high-speed agility and on-board comfort. Designed by Fulvio De Simoni with Italy-based Ferretti Group, this is a sharp, fast yacht that blends performance with striking style.
The aft deck combines a sun pad over the tender garage with relaxed L-shaped cockpit seating around the dining table. A cleverly integrated wet bar and an easy-to-deploy cockpit canopy make the space practical and inviting. Wide side decks lead safely to the foredeck, where a generous sun pad, forward-facing benches, and optional table create an excellent spot to enjoy the breeze. The sundeck adds another sun pad and seating area, with many owners choosing to spec the upper helm for that exhilarating open-air driving position.
Step inside, and the Pershing’s open-plan sliding saloon doors drop completely into the deck, creating a fluid connection to the cockpit. A large sofa, pop-up TV, and indoor dining space are paired with a lower galley sensibly linked to the crew area. The helm station is a standout feature, designed for thrill and control with joystick manoeuvring, automated surface drive management, and panoramic views through the curved glass.
For accommodation on board the Pershing 8X, the owner’s cabin offers excellent headroom, a large hull window, backlit headboard detailing and ensuite. The VIP cabin sits forward with its own ensuite and bright, airy finishes, with twin guest cabins port and starboard – with the option to include a Pullman berth. One of these twin cabins can be optioned as a lower media lounge. The crew area is compact, with direct access to the engine room and a galley that is also the main kitchen. The Pershing 8X will appeal to owners who want fast, stylish cruising with the confidence to take the helm themselves.

Does nothing for me. Neither one nor other 🤷🏼♂️
For me, there is one Bugatti and nothing can compare. This Pershing may have speed, but it is a vessel on the water. For a Pershing, it looks good. Thank you for the tour.
Good P.O.V, but i preferred being talked at not too! Difference being when we can see you it comes across as more informative and personal 😎👍
Few pictures would brighten it up.
personally i prefer the other vloging style
The POV format is great but the lens maybe is a little too wide. It's difficult to get a sense of scale with such a wide lens.
Been waiting a while for this one Jack! Simply badass! Thanks Jack! 😮😮
Am I the only one who doesn't like the boat? 😅 Space economy is poor. Outside is very technical and rough without any love to detail. Living space has some odd design choices. At the end its fast but nothing desirable for me
Not sure if this will be a new format but not a fan of the quality of the recording. Love your channel overall, my wife hates watching anyone else and we watch you daily. Get whatever camera the camera guy uses.
Great boat but would probably choose something else if I had the money (if only!). On the video, I prefer the 'presenter' style as the whole thing comes across more professional and you seem more relaxed than with this way. Good work anyway!
Absolutely love the exterior of the boat and the performance but man……seems pretty basic and boring on the inside. Owners cabin is decent at least
That's an amazing looking yacht, I wonder if last nights euro winner will be buying one? (no it wasn't me😆)
👍♥️🇬🇧
Wow, from the start that was quite a long walk to the bow. Those curves make it look like a Lambourghini for the sea. Mooring that at Brighton or Eastbourne marina would draw a crowd I suspect, if you could get it in
Thanks for the tour Jack, I like the new format as an addition to your usual tours.
Gotta love a Pershing! Superb boats and this 8X really is a beast!
Big fan of the 6X personally, the one Merc driver George Russell just bought. There the similarities end though, of course lol! 👍🤘
The POV format I see on other boat tubers. Your format is (was) unique
Toooo much fisheye on the gopro
That is by far the least attractive yacht I have seen.
It is just a fast transport and nothing else.
So if transport is the only goal, a jet is faster, and if I want a fast water transport, I'd rather have a gast tender that brings me to a luxurious and ultra comfortable full displacement steel yacht where I can stay for hours, days or weeks.
I wouldn't want to spend any time at all at anchor on this yacht if I'm able to choose any other one.
Beautiful, thanks Jack!
I like a flybridge you can barely see. Flybridges are tacky. 😂
Cool boat. Though it seems a bit dull in the cabins. More dull than you’d expect for such a supposedly fancy boat.
Bro, I like your videos. They’re great for learning what’s out there to buy. There’s another channel similar to this one where a guy appears with his wife. She doesn’t know anything about yachts, but the guy who really knows about yachts lets her do most of the talking, and her voice is as annoying as a hyena.
An exercise in extreme design for looks – very average guest accom and absolutely pathetic crew accommodation – the bunk accommodation is particularly offensive in the crew area and only 1 shared bathroom??
not getting the 3rd person review anymore?
Great Video Jack, thank you! Don't have any problem with the POV but I like how Rob is filming and you do just a really great job in front of the Camera, love how you present the boats/yachts <3
Don't like the new format.
great video as ever , I love Pershing I really do but this looks very bland to me , before the 80 used to have a bar area at the downstairs helm now it looks like they just threw a table and chairs in , maybe the sun seeker 65 sport yacht or pearl 63 be better , 8x was always a bit big wouldn't want a crew .
have to say, not a fan of everything looking elongated … change can be good – but preferred previous camera
An important part of your videos is having you in the video, that's part of your branding. Unlike many other presenters, you are enjoyable to watch and seeing you conveys quite a lot. Remember, your channel is for entertainment and information, deleting you from the videos I feel detracts from both aspects but particularly the entertainment element. There's nothing wrong with your POV videos however I don't think it adds to your appeal.
Pershing has to step up their game. AB Yachts is the way
Where is you're film crew. I like the yacht, but not the way you did filming it.
Lovely review – I guess the wide lens does not give proper perspective
Personal preference. We skip all the first person videos.
Hi Jack. Also watch all you videos, and one of the main reasons—over your YouTube counterparts—is because of your quality videography. I’m afraid this format is a huge step backwards. One of the reasons I dislike the other YouTube yacht review channels is their handheld camera format: it lacks the sophistication of your other videos. Now you’ve taken a step “down” and joined them. Bad for your brand, IMHO. Also, as others have said, the 360 fisheye format is very distorting and contributes to the “unpolished” look. I love your channel and your style: I hope my feedback is taken as intended: constructive. Very many thanks for your wonderful content. 🙏🏻 Russ
Big feel of style over substance with this, but when the style is "my 80ft yacht does 50 knots and I feel like I'm flying a spaceship the whole time," I could see it selling as many as they are willing to build.
It was better for for sure with your camera man.
Not your best video.
I’m not a big fan of the POV format, specifically the wide-angle lens. It really messes with my perception of depth and distorts the look of many features of the boat. I love that you’re trying some new stuff though. Keep experimenting!
Didn’t enjoy the pov as much but perhaps only because it was less structured a walkthrough without the onscreen headings. I like how the channel feels like a TV show as opposed to some bloke walking around taking a look. Hope that helps.
Usually great videos, pleasure to watch, but this format, it's unwatchable.
That yacht will make a big hole in my wallet, even bigger than the wallet itself. But it was nice to see it, now I can keep on dreaming😊
The Ferrari of Yachts. The design is not new, but still works.
