Creamy Spring Fettuccine with Roasted Asparagus | Fresh Pasta Recipe 🌿

For the pasta dough I used:

🌟 1 cup spelt flour
🌟 1 organic egg
🌟 2 organic egg yolks

Mix and knead until smooth, then let the dough rest for about 30 minutes before rolling. I shaped the fettuccine using a pasta maker.

For the sauce and topping:

Roast asparagus with extra virgin olive oil and lemon until tender. Add Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese with a little pasta water to make a creamy lemon sauce. Toss the fresh fettuccine in the sauce and finish with lemon zest. 🍋
