High Protein Pasta (Serves 2–3)
Ingredients

1½ cup pasta
300 g paneer
3 medium tomatoes
5–6 garlic cloves
1 medium onion, chopped
1½–2 cups mixed veggies (capsicum, corn, broccoli, beans – any of your choice)
2 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp chilli flakes
1–1½ tsp pasta seasoning / pizza seasoning
½–¾ cup pasta water (to adjust consistency)
Method
=========
First, bring water to a boil in a pot. Add salt and a little oil, then cook 1½ cup pasta until done. Reserve some pasta water before draining.
Heat a little oil in a pan and add garlic and chopped tomatoes. Also add ½ tsp pizza seasoning or oregano and cook on medium heat until the tomatoes become soft.
Let this mixture cool slightly. Transfer it to a grinding jar and blend with 300 g paneer until smooth.
In another pan, saute 1½–2 cups mixed veggies in a little oil and season with salt and pasta seasoning. Keep the veggies lightly cooked.
Heat a little oil in a pan and saute minced garlic until golden brown.
Add the chopped onion and cook until soft.
Add oregano and chilli flakes and mix well.
Pour in the paneer–tomato blended sauce and mix.
Add the sauteed veggies and boiled pasta, then mix everything well.
If the sauce is too thick, add ½–¾ cup pasta water gradually to adjust the consistency.
Your Creamy High Protein Pasta is ready.

Yes it has Protein but lack of amino acid, and reduce good bacteria in gut. Gut inflammation. Constipation, Low fiber.

Replace paneer with tofu. Stop consuming dairy please. 🙏 and tofu has more protein than paneer. Good for health, good for animals and good for planet.
