Lemon & Herb Chicken Pasta Tray Bake
Solid 7/10.
Would’ve been a 10 if the pasta was al dente. So I recommend pre-cooking it first. But you do you, you’re an adult.
Here are the ingredients and cooking steps, bon appétit:
What you’ll need
✅ 200 g pasta (dry weight)
✅ 600 g diced chicken breast
✅ 80 g grated mozzarella
✅ 1 onion (diced)
✅ 2 peppers (diced)
✅ 1 lemon & herb seasoning packet
✅ 1 tin chopped tomatoes (400 g)
✅ 125 g lemon & herb sauce
Seasonings
✅ Salt
✅ Black pepper
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 190°C.
2. Dice the chicken, onion and peppers.
3. Add the pasta, chicken, onion, peppers, seasoning packet, chopped tomatoes and lemon & herb sauce into a large ovenproof dish. Season with salt and pepper and mix everything together.
4. Top with the grated mozzarella.
5. Cover with foil and bake for 50 minutes at 190°C.
Tip: if you want better texture, pre-cook the pasta first until just under al dente, then bake as normal.
