Saizeriya is popular Italian restaurant and cafe chain in Japan. They started selling Arrostini grilled skewered lamb the end of the last year. It gained too much popularity, they became unable to provide it because they couldn’t get enough lamb. Now they provide it limited area and time. So I tried to reproduce it.
