  2. That is the next thing I'm going to make. It's a chicken and beef taco pizza. Ever since I started on the high protein low carb foods I'm losing inches on my waist and I'm not bloated. I thought "dieting" was going to be a chore. I stopped looking at it like I was dieting and looked at it as an opportunity to eat the foods I love I just need to tweak it to make it healthier for me and once I did that and incorporated more protein i don't do late night snacking anymore. I had a wakeup call when I was diagnosed with high blood pressure and high cholesterol. I want to live and your channel and a few others have really helped me so much and I thank you.

  3. 🫣 Its perfect that you stay at home when you ate eating.
    I don’t want to see that grose way to eat when I am in a restaurant.
