Italy is beautiful, I love Italian food, I have dear Italian friends that I have known for over 30 years but I find it too restrictive living up to their fashion rules or the order that you MUST eat the food and drink. The judging, if you do something different can be snobbish.
Yup! In my house you wash up! & take your shoes off! If the Italian hosts says it's ok then it's ok! Otherwise be respectful!

1. Belle immagini ma le ragazze italiane non vestono più così , ed è molto triste !! Anche qui c'èl'epidemia dei capelli verde acqua , rosa o blu che schifo !!

Le tagliatelle Alfredo esistono , solo che le fanno solo in un ristorante a Roma dietro Piazza del Popolo , io ho parlato con la nipote del creatore Alfredo appunto che le fece , per la prima volta per la moglie che doveva riprendersi dal parto , NON E' LA STESSA RICETTA AMERICANA MA SI CHIAMANO TAGLIATELLE ALFREDO!!
3.Sono un medico e fare il bagno dopo un pranzo di tre portate può veramente portare alla congestione con crampi e annegamento !! Non sto scherzando , ecco perchè sulle spiagge in Italia solo cibo leggero !
4.Sulla carbonara NON CI VA IL FORMAGGIO , NESSUN TIPO , SE TI SENTE UN ROMANO SUCCEDE UN MACELLO . In teoria la ricetta originale era psta cotta senza niente con sopra due fette di pancetta e l'uovo aperto al tavolo che si cuoceva col calore degli spaghetti !!!
5. Purtroppo cazzate woke e moda genz hanno reso gli italiani molto meno eleganti ma il calzino bianco è sollo per i bambini o per il tennis !!!
6.Pesce e carne NON POSSONO STARE NEANCHE NELLO STESO PASTO , O E' UN PASTO DI CARNE O E' UN PASTO DI PESCE !! SOLO I CAFONI ILLETTERATI PER SFOGGIARE SOLDI FANNO PESCE E CARNE INSIEME !!
7. Le correnti d'aria e il loro "pericolo" portano le mamme e le nonne alla classica domanda : TE LA SEI MESSA LA MAGLIETTA DELLA SALUTE ??? CIOE' UNA T-SHIRT BIANCA SOTTO LA T-SHIRT TIPO LACOSTE O LA CAMICIA , per appunto ,assorbire il sudore e proteggere dalle temibili correnti d'aria !!

La ricetta fu inventata dal conte Negroni di Firenze , e dal sua barman di fiducia per POTENZIARE il classico cocktail L'AMERICANO !!!
