Changing it up this week! These are just a few of my faves but there are so many more!! What are your non-negotiables? Have you tried any of these?

🍄‍🟫Truffle Marcona Almonds ($5.99): These are such a high quality almond and the truffle flavor isn’t overpowering. They add the perfect salty crunch to any board and pair with basically every cheese. The rosemary ones are really good too.

🫒Fig & Olive Crisps ($3.99): Between the sweetness from the figs and the savory olives, these make such a great addition to any board. Pair with creamy goat cheese or sharp cheddar for the best little bite.

🧀Creamy Toscano Cheese Soaked in Syrah ($11.99/lb): Rich, nutty, and slightly sweet. Try it with prosciutto and a drizzle of hot honey on baguette.

🥒Cornichons ($3.29): These are underrated in my opinion. They add such a nice tang and cut through all the rich cheese and meat. And hear me out… how good would these be in a filthy martini?

🇮🇹Columbus Italian Dry Salami ($5.49): Made with burgundy wine and spices like black pepper and garlic. The texture is exactly what you want, not too lean, not too fatty. Slice it into thin rounds or quarters.

🍷Fig Butter ($2.99): This naturally sweet fig butter goes on almost every board I make. It pairs perfectly with the salami, Toscano cheese, and of course a glass of red.
