This might be the craziest sausage in San Antonio.
We teamed up with Chicago Hot Dogs to create something brand new called the Big Italian Sausage Pizza.
It starts with a 16-inch Italian sausage inside crispy French bread, then it’s loaded with marinara sauce, melted mozzarella, pepperoni, and oregano just like a pizza.
At the end we dunk the entire thing in hot au jus sauce for the ultimate cheesy, savory bite.
If you love pizza, Italian sausage, and over-the-top food, you need to try this.
