Caramelized Onion Mac N Cheese

3 large yellow onions
4 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp oil
6 cloves Garlic
Salt to taste
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/2 stock (add more as you go to deglaze)
Bundle or rosemary, thyme, parsley (remove later)

Cheese sauce:

24 oz pasta
28 oz heavy cream
16 oz white extra sharp cheddar
8 oz Gruyère
2 oz Parmesan, grated
(Total cheese including topping at the end)
1 tbsp Dijon
Salt to taste

Ima give this recipe 7.5 /10 ngl cuz i followed it today And it tasted good but Nahh there was sum missing i afterwards did it in my style where I added salt and sugar to onions with soysauce and Alotttt of heavy cream to the sauce part and I added spices and mozzarella with american cheese So It tastes very balanced out and Slighty sweet and creamy W

  3. This was very good. I would just say to make sure you salt it well. I kind of held back a little, worrying I would over salt it and ended up under salting. It was still delirious.

    I cant wait to make this. I think im gonna air fry some breaded spicy chicken patties and then slice them into strips and have it with this.. boiled egg or two would also go well.. hmm missing something…🤔
