I don't serve wild meat to company. Some people have an aversion to eating such things. I'm one of them. I would if I was starving g but I do t like the taste of I. You can always taste that wildness no matter what you do. Edit: I see you come across this exact issue.
Goulash is what I call that dish. But when in make it, I first sauté some peppers and onions. It could help you spreading it around a tiny bit more if you’re having extra mouths to feed. Regardless is looks delicious. How was the cream cheese in it?
It looks amazing. I grew up with venison on the menu.. Also, I've been binge watching Bridgerton. I started season 1 yesterday @6pm. I'm now on Season 2, ep.1 🙌
So you had guests come over that don't eat venison so you have to change your game plan up a little bit to accommodate them that's very nice. You are truly a family cooking specialist!
Looks so good girlie! Bet if they tried ur deer meat they’d love it. A lot of people don’t know how to make it taste really good since it’s so low in fat. But that butter hooked it up.
So nice you were thoughtful for the one who doesn't eat venison. I am on the no venison team 😂😂 my dad and grandpa hunted alot when i was a child so was always garage freezers full of it my grandmother made us kids eat it so as a adult i have never been able to even get one bite down can't do any gamey meat all that venison as a child scarred me instant upchuck feeling from that game meat flavor wish i could though it is supposed to be quite good for you 😔 your meal looks delicious though ❤ the few other videos i have seen looked delicious also
Why not use bake lasagna noodles instead of elbow noodles. Add a layer of broccoli to make it more healthy. You will have your fruit, vegetable, meat, carb and dairy.
I really enjoy your cooking meals videos they will become so helpful when I move because of the budget for groceries and it will help me cook for my son and make meals last for us

You could also try using cottage cheese it works great with ricotta when I'm making lasagna and don't have enough ricotta
Half a stick? lol Looks delicious!
I was making lasagna and didn't have enough ricotta I used goat cheese nobody had a clue it worked and used up something I needed to get used up.
Please pull your hair up! I can only imagine the hair in the food while sitting at the table with company! 😮

I love your videos. I like how you explain everything and make things that anyone can make.

When your venison was ground if you add beef fat it almost tastes like beef
That’s not “half a stick of butter”. Looks more like a pound. Enjoy your angioplasty in 20 years.
