Chicken Bolognese

▢ 1/2 onion peeled and finely diced

▢ 450 g (1 lb) Chicken minced
▢ 120 ml (1/2 cup) red wine
▢ 1 bottle Dolmio Bolognese Original Pasta Sauce 450g
▢ ½ tsp fresh thyme
▢ 1 chicken stock/cube
▢ ½ tsp salt
▢ 1 tsp each: chicken season,mild chilli powder, smoked paprika, smoky BBQ season
▢ ½ tsp black pepper
