1–2 cloves garlic, smashed

Calabrian chili pepper (optional)

1 cup white wine

EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)

Splash of water

1️⃣ Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmigiano, eggs, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Test a small piece in the pan to adjust seasoning if needed.

2️⃣ Heat EVOO in a pan over medium heat. Add bay leaves, rosemary, garlic, and chili pepper.

3️⃣ Cook the meatballs on all sides until golden brown.

4️⃣ Pour in 1 cup white wine and cook for 5 minutes to reduce slightly.

5️⃣ Add a splash of water, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes or until the meatballs are glossy and fully cooked.
