  1. Can the girls ask for things without food items in them. While most of.your food is fantastic, I can not stand oregano or any type of enchilada sauce. I also know this isnt cooked for me. Just wonder if you take taste into considerstion.

  2. You should have sauteed those onions until I got really crispy almost before they look burned but they're not… I know you know what I'm talking about. After all the liquid gets out of them and you can sort of fry them up, you can get so much flavor from onions like that

  6. A restaurant near my work is called Amigos and has a dish called pasta poblano. It uses puréed poblanos with heavy cream and olive oil and grilled chicken breast. It is awesome.

  7. Looks amazing, but HOLD THE CILANTRO! 😂🤢🤪🤮 I'll sub with a fresh parsley, thyme, and oregano blend. Love your recipes Kev, but when you bust out the cilantro, I'm always like, "why?" I know, the peeps love it or hate it. BTW: the girls are so lucky to have you taking care of them, honoring their food preferences, and making them homecooked meals with amazing variety and quality ingredients.

  8. Just a suggestion, stop using plastic bags with heat due to all the microplastics that are the new asbestos. A bowl with a lid.
